Global Sales Manager

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Global Sales Manager to lead our international commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role focused on developing new markets, managing international distributors, supporting customers, and driving adoption of our technology worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies

  • Recruit, manage, and support distributors in global markets

  • Drive B2B business development with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers (B2C experience is an advantage)

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing

  • Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and clinical onboarding

  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, physicians, and key stakeholders

  • Represent Curespec at international conferences and exhibitions

  • Work closely with the Clinical, Marketing, and R&D teams

Requirements

  • Proven Medical Device / MedTech sales experience – חובה

  • Experience managing international distributors

  • Strong B2B sales experience (B2C experience – advantage)

  • Experience delivering customer training and product demonstrations

  • Track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
