Global Sales Manager
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Global Sales Manager to lead our international commercial growth.
This is a hands-on role focused on developing new markets, managing international distributors, supporting customers, and driving adoption of our technology worldwide.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute international sales strategies
Recruit, manage, and support distributors in global markets
Drive B2B business development with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers (B2C experience is an advantage)
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and clinical onboarding
Build long-term relationships with distributors, physicians, and key stakeholders
Represent Curespec at international conferences and exhibitions
Work closely with the Clinical, Marketing, and R&D teams
Requirements
Proven Medical Device / MedTech sales experience – חובה
Experience managing international distributors
Strong B2B sales experience (B2C experience – advantage)
Experience delivering customer training and product demonstrations
Track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel internationally
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
